Michelle Geri Farris is an estate planning attorney and Title 11 Court Visitor (formerly called a “guardian ad litem.”)
Her practice is focused on estate planning, guardianship/conservatorship, probate and elder law. Michelle is a sole practitioner and opened her law office in 2004. She serves clients in King, Snohomish, Skagit, Island and Whatcom Counties.

Representing clients in probate proceedings after the death of a family member.
Representing clients in Guardianship proceedings, including petitioning for guardianship, maintaining a guardianship, annual reporting and guardianship litigation.
Serving as a Court Visitor in guardianship and probate matters.
She is has served as a CV/GAL in over 260 cases, including complex guardianship matters and Vulnerable Adult Protection Orders. She was a member of the planning committee for the Court Visitor Training seminar in King County from 2018-2021, and was a speaker at King County’s GAL training annually from 2016-2023.
Michelle is also a provider attorney in the ARAG and MetLife networks.
